Christmas Tree Topper — mid-1940’s after end of WW II

A Christmas tree topper ornament made out of glass and plastic is part of the Watters Collection at Old Independence Regional Museum. The red ball of the ornament has a Santa head on top. Santa is wearing a tall pointed red hat with sparkles. It was ordered from Sears, Roebuck and Co. in the mid-1940s right after WWII.
